In this session a variety of massage techniques will be used to customize your experience. This session may include techniques from the following modalities: Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, sports massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, aroma therapy, hydrotherapy and or Craniosacral therapy.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a treatment to help support the function of the lymphatic system. This modality can also help reduce swelling from injury, travel, surgery or to support your current lymphedema treatment. 

An oncology session is designed to meet the unique needs of clients who have been or are currently undergoing cancer treatment. These session have extra buffer time to make sure clients can take the time necessary discuss changing needs, time to get on and off the table, and extra time for positioning.
